What’s in your diary today?

We’re meeting as an Agency team to discuss strategies on the different properties we’re working on right now. I’ve got a few that are very close to going over the line, so will be working with our in-house Progression team to make sure this happens and everyone’s happy! Then I’ve got a couple of viewings this afternoon in West London for a new property we’re selling.

What’s the best part of your job?

I love speaking to buyers and working with an awesome team to get things over the line for them. Generally in the market, 1/3 offers these days fall through but our success rate is much higher at Nested because it’s a really strong team. It feels amazing telling someone their offer has been accepted and they get to move into their dream home.

What made you join Nested?

It was a new and exciting challenge after working at a traditional agent; I really believe in the concept and like taking the risk of not know where I will be in a year’s time!
